The Summer Design Package: What's Included?
1. Introductory call with the Summer team
Have a get-to-know-you call with our Head of Experience and our Head of Design and Installation, where you’ll be walked through the process and next steps. Kids? Pets? We love to gather any & all information that will help us design a space that is comfortable, practical, and feels like home.

2. Tailored presentation of your home’s design direction
Our design team will present the changes that they’ll be making to the home– including customized mood-boards and furniture/decor selections– based on information gathered from your initial conversations. Our process includes one round of revisions based on your initial feedback; while we will endeavor to incorporate this feedback, we also ask that you trust our expertise to optimize the home for short-term rental success.

3. Fully-managed home installation & setup
During this (exciting!) time, our team will oversee construction, furniture delivery, and the setup of all essentials and finishing touches that make a Summer home. Our goal is to take every headache and hassle out of the process. After the process is complete, we’ll have the home professionally staged and photographed, ready to be launched into the Summer network with amenities proven to optimize return– so you can make memories while you’re there, and money while you’re not.
