When a home matching your criteria is identified the acquisitions team will submit a full report including details about the home, it’s projected returns, design and renovation recommendations, and all the other details you need to make an informed decision.
Once you have selected a home we leave it up to you to connect with a lender, place an offer and work with a real estate agent to purchase the home. In many cases, we can make recommendations for who to work with.
