• Design: We design your home, procure the materials, and onboard the property as a short term rental.
• Property Management: We provide a full service management solution that includes marketing, guest communication, and vendor management.

You can find a home you like and send it to us for analysis, or our acquisitions team is continually sourcing homes that they believe will work well for our members.

Summer has two ownership models. Our Gradual Ownership model is a unique way to get into short term rental ownership. Summer will be the initial owner of the home and you get the benefit of using it as if it were your own home at a lower monthly cost. You will then have the option to purchase the home back from Summer within a 2 year period. With our Immediate Ownership model, you will purchase the home up front and onboard it to the Summer Network.
